Damian has been in the health industry now for more than 20 years in many different capacities. As a Naturopath, Nutritionist and Chiropractor he has enjoyed helping thousands of people regain health and vitality through natural approaches. Damian is continually excited and delighted by the life changes that people experience when they start to trust in their own ability to heal without excessive intervention.

Having combined the philosophies of both Naturopathic and Chiropractic approaches to healing and well-being – he believes that people learn and achieve the most when there is no interference and there is appropriate supply of goodness to allow the body to thrive.

Dr Kylie is a dedicated chiropractor with a deep passion for health and well-being. Her aim is to help families reach their healthcare goals, provide the right support and environment to heal, and improve quality of life. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chiropractic, and has completed further chiropractic studies in SD protocol, SOT, ABC, Syntrophy, Elevate Paediatrics, and Inspiral Paediatric care.

Management is individually tailored to each person's needs and preferences. She understands the importance of a healthy balance between being physically active and supporting the body with the right nutrients.

With her education, experience, and dedication to helping others, Kylie is committed to providing the best possible care to her practice members and wants to help them on their journey of reaching their full potential.

Practice Manager

I am the Practice Manager and Chiropractic Assistant at Vida, a local mum with 2 boys and come from a bookkeeping admin and customer service background.

I started receiving chiropractic care over 20 years ago and I have been a practice member at Vida for the past 10 years. I have seen first hand the importance and benefits of regular care for my whole family for optimum health and wellbeing. My boys have been receiving chiropractic care since they were babies.

Emma is a chiropractic student at RMIT university. With a passion for health and wellness, she believes that what we do with our bodies and how we feel are directly correlated. With this view she aspires to help people in their journey to a more balanced life. In her spare time she loves walking her babies (dogs) and traveling the world with her friends.

Amy is a mum of two boys and comes from a Medical device QA/RA background. Her passions include kickboxing/muay thai and keeping healthy.

Amy understands the importance of preventative care which is why she gets herself and he boys adjusted regularly.

Rachael's main goal is to help you maintain self care, mental health and wellbeing. She understands the struggles of making time for you and what your body needs which is where she found her passion for Massage therapy. Rachael completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and more recently gained certificate in Pregnancy Massage. 

Working alongside other Mothers, Rachael understands that we require a service that can provide comfort and professionalism. Which is why she has tailored Summer Hill Massage Therapy to cater for everyone. 

She also has a great passion for sports treatments having worked with many top athletes. HEr ability for treatment on injury recovery and pre and post game treatments has given her great credibility in the industry and a high caliber client list.

Emma has 9 years of experience as a Relaxation and Remedial Massage Therapist.

Throughout her career she has been lucky enough to gain experience in a whole host of different settings. Emma's recent role was working with a sports clinic treating a range of clients, with individual needs.

She specialises in pre and post sports massage, targeting tension headaches, lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain, hip pain, pregnancy massage and overall health and wellness. Emma has qualifications in Health Sciences - Rehabilitation, Remedial Massage. 
She has always been passionate about health, wellbeing and caring for others and loves that she can bring both of these worlds together in my chosen career.

Laura is the founder of LS Nutrition and a qualified practicing Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine.

After years of struggling with  gut, hormone and skin issues and trying lots of temporary solutions, she knows how long and frustrating the healing process can be. Laura also knows that quick fixes and fad diets don’t work.

Laura is invested in helping you discover the underlying cause of your health concerns. As a holistic nutritionist, she focuses on more than just your diet and also addresses your physical and mental wellbeing to help her gain a really comprehensive understanding of your state of health.
