Bridget hails from the rustic Dansey’s Pass located in the Kakanui Mountains, between Central Otago and North Otago, in the South Island of New Zealand
Her sporty, independent and adventurous disposition lead her to boarding school, followed by a Diploma in Personal Training where she worked at the Les Mills Dunedin Gym as a Body Trainer and Gym Instructor. She continued with that pursuit after relocating to Christchurch to continue studying.
From her early adolescence, she felt the gravitation to move to Australia. However the catalyst for the shift was experiencing the harrowing and life altering Canterbury earthquakes in 2011.
Shortly after moving to Perth, Bridget found her dream vocation at a Natural Wellness Retreat where she worked as a Spa Therapist. Throughout a steady evolution and personal quest to improve and optimize her health, and after listening to “The Wellness Guys” Podcast, Bridget then visited a Chiropractor. The help and support Bridget received from her well regarded Chiropractor was paramount, and resulted in her overall well being transformed. Instinctively, this health experience ignited a deep appreciation for the chiropractic profession and fortuitously fostered her next ideal job at a vibrant practice as a Chiropractic Assistant.
Of her many passions, art and authentic creation is her number one fascination. She adores storytelling in all forms, whether it be verbal, visual or written expression. The flow-on effect of wholehearted human kinship, purposeful observation and social synergy lights her up like a Christmas tree.
Bridget is delighted to contribute to the Sandringham community through offering her warm energy at Vida Lifestyles.
